über photography is an award-winning Sydney family portrait photography studio located in Gordon on Sydney's North Shore. Kate and Chris Buechner are both professional photographers and have over 40 years of professional photography experience. They are both accredited members of the AIPP.

IS YOUR FAMILY SUPER BUSY & TRYING TO WORK OUT A TIME SEEMS TO HARD?

Kate & Chris the owners of über photography have 3 kids so they totally understand…..,
There are sessions available Tuesday-Saturday between 8am and 5pm.

They have an easy to use online calendar which shows all the available session time, which will make it so much easier for you to coordinate with your family to find the right time to suit you.

MY HUSBAND & I HATE HAVING OUR PHOTO TAKEN….

We hear this all the time… in fact we feel pretty much the same lol… so we totally understand.

As a woman & a mum, Kate understands this & has lots of tips and tricks to ensure that you will love the photos of yourself. One of her common sayings is “It’s my job to make you look good in your photos, so that you will love the photos and will want to have them hanging on your wall “.

Kate keeps all her sessions under an hour, so that everyone is happy. Dads love that the session is finished so quickly. With teenagers, although there is often a lot of talking to get them there, by the end of the session they had a load of fun. And mums of little kids love it , as they know how short their kids attention span can be. Kate understands this & is able to capture amazing moments with even the most active toddlers.

ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT WHAT YOU WILL SPEND?

Our print prices start at $95. We do not have a minimum spend. We have an option to suit every budget. After your family’s sessions you come back to the studio to view & order your photos & that’s the only time you will need to make decisions.
We are very upfront with our pricing. We will send you our full pricelist before your session, so you have all the information before you need to make any decisions.

We offer payment plans at no additional cost from $200 per month, to make it affordable for you to order exactly what you would like.

DO YOU DO STUDIO PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY FOR FAMILIES?

über photography studio is located at Gordon, on Sydney's North Shore. Our studio space has been designed to emulate a natural, homely setting including our amazing huge arched windows, a fireplace, a bed and seating where your children and family members will feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. We also have a range of stunning props that we can incorporate as part of your session. The beautifully light controlled environment has been arranged to create timeless yet modern black and white portraits and stunning colour portraits. It is a pet-friendly environment, and we welcome any kind of pets for your session.

We also offer an outdoor session at a stunning location at Pymble if you would prefer to do your session outdoors.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers in a range of different values to suit every budget. All voucher cover the session fee and a credit towards prints from the session. The higher the credit the more photos the family can choose.

Gift vouchers are very popular for Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthdays and anniversaries or as a Christmas present. Each recipient is sent a personalized gift certificate.

DO YOU DO COLOUR PORTRAITS OR BLACK AND WHITE PORTRAITS?

Our professional Sydney family portrait and wedding photographers are experienced in creating both stunning colour photographic or black and white photographic portraits.

WHERE CAN WE SEE SAMPLES OF ÜBER PHOTOGRAPHY?

During your portrait photography viewing session your family photographer will discuss your needs and the best way to display your session through wall art, portraits and albums. You are free to choose which photos you like in whatever size photos will suit your home. Uber photography offers a range of albums, coffee table books, canvases, story boards and much more.

DO YOU OFFER PORTRAIT FRAMING?

über photography can provide professional photography advice on how to turn your photos into fine art. We can also supply you with a wide range of display options including: wall art, canvases, storyboards, custom framing, wall portraits, coffee table books, custom albums, personalised albums, photo books, slide shows, a variety of print sizes, keepsakes, mementos and acrylic blocks.
