BOYS & THEIR TOYS BOOK PROJECT
über photography is looking for cute little boys to star in a limited edition book called “Boys & their Toys”
Ahhhhhh the joys of little boys!
There’ll be laughter and fun and some chaos and noise,
That’s what life’s like with boys and their toys!
Help us to raise much needed funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
Capture the energy of your little man…. For boys aged from 6mths to 8 yrs
Because these fast moving little guys are so tricky for you to capture at home, we’re going to tell the story of your little man in the peak of his childhood in full play mode.
Whether it's diggers or dinosaurs, Spiderman or Bluey, or building (and destroying) block towers, these toys are a precious part of their childhood.
We’ll capture the pure joy, curiosity, and energy of your little boys as they play with their favorite toys.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
✔︎ Session of up to 60 minutes with our photographer Kate
✔︎ your little man gets to bring his favorite toy with him
✔︎ watch the joy as as your little man discovers and plays with our toys in our custom designed sets
✔︎ Our professional photographer will capture stunning images of showing his joy and energy as he plays with our toys
✔︎ you will have the opportunity to purchase photos from his session
To be part of our latest book project there is a $50 participation fee which will be donated directly to The Starlight Children's Foundation.
This guarantees that your child's image will also be included in our Boys & Their Toys book.

Limited number of sessions available
The sessions will be photographed Tuesday-Friday mornings between 9am and 1pm in our studio at Gordon, in Sydney's north.
We have a wardrobe full of selection of shirts, ties, suspenders & hats to choose from, and your son will get to pick their favourite toys to play with.
We have dinosaurs, duplo, planes and trains, footballs, a vintage bike, pokemon, a rocking horse, vintage teddy bears & jungle animals.
If there is something else your son is really into, we would love you to bring it with you so we can capture it for you.
All you need to bring with you is a pair of jeans. We provide everything else!
Your son must be sitting unsupported (ideally around 6mths) up to 8 years. (older siblings are most welcome to)
WHY are we doing the PROJECT?
My two sons Felix and Max were total bundles of energy when they were little. They never seemed to sit still..
They both went through stages of being totally obsessed with their favourite toys.
For Felix, it was Thomas the tank engine, then dinosaurs, then duplo and lego (which he still loves playing with as a 24 yr old lol)
For Max, it was Thomas the tank engine, then garbage trucks and then it was cars…
As a mum it was such a joy to watch them play and learn (and maybe even sit still for just a few minutes).
They are now all grown up. They are still into their toys, they are just bigger versions of things they loved when they were younger.
I cherish the photos of that time when they were my little men and I would love to create special memories of your little boys for you.
As a mum of young adults, I have realized how quickly they grow up. I want to help you create special memories of your boys that I know you will treasure forever.
WHY THE STARLIGHT CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION?
I realized the amazing job the Starlight Children’s Foundation does, when my childhood’s friend Cass’s 1 year old boy Hugh was diagnosed with leukemia.
They spent 2 years in and out of Westmead Children’s Hospital. Hugh battle was a tough one, they almost lost him, and he was only saved by a bone marrow transplant.
Starlight was there to support them, and bring some laughter to such a difficult time in their lives..
Hugh’s story has an happy ending. He is now in remission, and is a healthy happy 6 yr old who just started school this year.
